Few questions about H22 swaps
Wut it do H-T, here in about a month I,m going to buy a 96-98 sedan. I,ve been trying do do alot of research on the H22 swap but not alot of peolple drop'em in ferios. I read somewhere on here to keep my power steering and A/C that I would have to shave alot of things under the hood. Is this true? Also Is it possible to use a GSR tranny with an H22? I,m sorry I,m such a newb but I,m trying to dig as deep asd I can right now.

That was tight and I appreciate it but its still like another language to me still. What I really wanna know if theres anyway to keep a/c power steering and use the GSR tranny?

its not compatible because its from a different series engine. B series parts are only interchangeable with same B series parts, same goes with the other series engines

Awready..I still gotta learn alot anyway. Plus I,m in love with mid 90's Accord coupes too, and swappin the jdm H22 into the Accord would be like a B-series in a civvy. Right?

Re: (JayWest)
h2b thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1998426 I have a h22 with a gsr trans and i love it. h2b is a little more exspensive, but it has its advantages. First off it is quicker because of the shorter gear ratios. You also do not have to worry about running the shifter cables and the complex issues with axles.

But I went and checked out a couple of car lots around my area and surprisingly I found a 96 accord ex coupe for $5500 obo kinda. Its really nice though black w/ black interior, 5spd, sunroof all that. I,m really thinking about buying it I think I need to save a little more bread though.
