Re: few questions (Jamied)
IMO GSR cams don't do a damn thing
If you're gonna upgrade valvetrain, mine as well go for a real nice one and do it once since its not exactly a fun job.
If you don't have the money for an aftermarket valvetrain, but can afford some cams, just get some CTR cams and keep it in the stock rev limit

Re: (Jamied)
If you're just looking for a little more get up and go I'd get the Skunk2 NA Stage 1 cams. Look them up, they should be fine w/ stock springs/retainers at the stock redline.
Probably just need to do a valvelash adjustment for the Stage 1s.

you go ahead and get a Skunk 2 intake manifold...along with Skunk 2 stage one camshafts, if you can find them CTR camshafts are a great upgrade since they are better than ITR camshafts...the will be cheaper than the Skunk 2 components...running you about $350-450, the Skunk 2 bumpsticks run you about $700, you could also source out a B16B (CTR) or B18C (ITR) intake manifold...those will run you about $170-$250...good luck!
