I have heard pros and cons on the zex cam. I've heard decent things about gude and crower. Intake manifold, I've heard good things about the edelbrock. Do a search, these two mods have been discussed numerous times in the past.

If you are going N/A I here the Zex 59300 cam is pretty good, or you could have Deltacams do a custom grind for you. As far as an intake manifold the stock Y8 is pretty good. You could invest some money in a Skunk2 or Edelbrock intake manifold. I believe they show some mild gains over the Y8. Hope this helps you out.
