i was wondering, i can get a b16a2 head for 200$, what obd is it? and what would i have to change from my OBD1 del sol?

It doesn't matter, it should bolt on to the GSR block no problems.

Poor man's type R.

Take it easy on the bumping **** - good things take time.

A jumper harness for what, the ECU?

As long as it's the same OBD as the car, no.

EDIT:
Though you'd really need a fully tunable ECU such as a chipped OBD-I ECU or an AEM EMS to get the most out of that engine, you can run a GSR program on it, but it'll throw a CEL for the IAB's. ITR is too aggressive for the cams in the B16...really no compromise - I would get it tuned.
