Default Fender alignment

The fender on the passenger's side of my 93' civic coupe seems as if it is pushed back a bit to far and it rubs on the door whenever it is opened, how can I fix this? And also neither of my corner lights like to slide in where they are supposed to it almost seems as if the fender is pushed down to far any tips on fixing this as well?

just loosen up the bolts for the fenders, one is under your sideskirt, and push it forward, problem solved.
