Fan & Alternator fuses keep blowing

Fan & Alternator fuses keep blowing
I have a major problem. My alternator and cooling fan fuse keep blowing out on me. I have no idea why this is happening. I thought it might have been a spliced wire somewhere, but ive looked everywhere and came up w/ nothing. Does anyone have any ideas???

the post up top was not me it was a coworker
whell the problem is the o2 sensor wires tuching
