Anyone ever seen or heard of a fake JDM gauge cluster? Any way to tell the difference? Are all the JDM clusters white faced, or only the SiR stuff? And on the SiR gauges, why do some have the picture of the car below the tach with the door thing and some dont?

Quick response.

All JDM SiRs (EG6/9) are white faced. Other markets that had the EG6/9 (VTi) came black faced like the USDM clusters. All other JDM trims had black faced gauges with red needles. Some SiR clusters had the door ajar indicators below the tach. These models usually came with TCS and I believe were on the SiR-S models. There are also clusters without the door ajar indicator, this is the most common and these do not come with TCS.

get the UKDM one cause its in MPH and no one in the US wants KPH, cept the damn canadians, hehe.

The Hong Kong market (or the rest of the Asian market) got the speedo that went higher than the JDM speedo as I was told.
