Icon2 Sunroof help : have it out of car ready for advice

Didn't want to start a new thread. Sunroof will not tilt but everything checks out. I have the whole assembly out of the car and looking on the passenger side rails it looks like it's lower then the driver side when the glass is in the shut position. Something is jammed in there. How do you take the glass out and tear done the rail so I can get a better look?

Thanks H-T

Post the codes that are currently thrown. Do they all repeat after an ECU reset?

Does the CEL work? Or are you using a code reader?

Just bought the car and never seen it work. Is there a way to test it?

No code reader either that's just what the shop said.

I see the crack they were talking about though. It goes all the way around #4 down pipe.

When the key is turned form off to ON(II), the CEL should turn on and then off after 2 seconds. Does the CEL ever turn on?

Regardless of any codes, this^ must be fixed.

At this point, I see know reason to believe that either the cat or O2 sensor is bad. If the engine is running fine, you may now be good to go.

or the prev. owners took the cel light bulb out. go to autozone and ask to borrow the obd scanner. i went n bought my own for $50. o2 sensors are about $60, i had to replace both. if ur failing smog like a fat kid running sprints (check the paper for max-avg-meas to see how bad your failing. if your over the limits bad u need a cat. or take it back to the shop and get the obd scanned again and ask for the codes.

Well I just replaced both O2 sensors cat and manifold from my other car that passed earlier this year. So we'll see.

Should I run some sea foam through the tank to make sure?

Ok I'm having issues with my sunroof, and locks.

Sunroof seems to be intermittent. On working when it wants. Everything was working at one point. Just recently the whole thing stopped working but you could hear the motors and the glass would drop just a bit but would not slid back. After trying a couple days it suddenly worked like normal for one go but was hanging up on things so I put WD-40 on the tracks and now opens and closes just fine. It just won't tilt at all. I hear the motor going so I know everything works fine and something might be hanging it up. Relays, switches all check good what do you guys think?

Different problem I'm having is the passenger side locks are not working at all. What wire do I check that services that side?

Thanks guys

One part of the passenger rail is broken. I just don't know how to take it apart. Has anyone ever taken it off before? I have a whole other assembly to replace it with and only want to swap the rail.

Thank guys

swap left and right side lock mechanisms. if its works then u the passenger side needs to be replaced, if not its the wiring. sunroof track no idea, my crx was just the left and right rail, find it on ebay or the junkyard
