I'll find my template and photocopy and mail it to you...or, I'll try to get detailed pics of where to cut. My bro is an expert with 5G Civic OEM foglights...he can cut out the bumper without using a template! The key thing is not to cut out the mount for where a screw goes in (it's on the side of the foglight 'cave').

My bro has experience with Honda OEM, Esuse, and Depo (which he currently has). All three have different wiring harnesses.
As for cutting, we've used hacksaws, with a dremel to smooth out the cuts. My dad also has some heavy duty shears that was used for some portions. I dont' really remember, but I'll talk to my bro...

it's 2:40am, i'm sleepy, but i'll try my best to explain. i used some shears to cut the bumper. the ones u use to cut small branches from plants.
Depos are a good brand. well OEM style is OEM style no matter what brand it is so I assume all the other brands are good also.
my brother has some Depos, his wiring harness was divided into 3 sections.
1. foglight wires (one end goes directly to the battery, attached is also a relay, and 2 plugs that plug into each lamp, a ground wire, then at the end the wires plug into the...
2. red wire. the red wire is connected to the fog wire, then goes through the firewall and plugs into the...
3. switch wires. the switch wires plug into the foglight switch. there are some plugs that plug into the fuse box, (i think 3 and 5, not sure) and a ground wire for the fog switch.
hope this helped.

Dude for the template just cut everything within the 3 mounting holes on the inside of the bumper. I used a utility knife and kept cutting more till they fit in. Real easy.

I have a 92 VX and I put in a set of OEM foglights. On the back of my bumper where the holes need to be cut, there was a molded line from the factroy to follow. Have you tried taking off your bumper to look or were you trying to cut the holes out from the frount?

OEM style fogs look so sik but i hate the whole bumper cutting. plus my "grills" are already cut out (i was young and stupid) so i gotta get a new bumper to put em in.
