has anyone heard of / recomend the F22 engine? i only ask cuz its like 600 bucks for the full swap

I'd pass IMO. The F22 is from a 90-97 Accord and 92-96 Prelude. It uses the same mounts as an H22, but for the extra work and the numbers it produces, it's not worth it.

the f22 isnt the greatest engine but, i got one for free and swapped it in and im pretty happy with it. its got low comp. + iron sleeves perfect for boost and for that price you could go with all the hq goodies plus once its done and when ya can afford it ur all ready for an h22. just my .02

thanks guys, i decided to just stick with my d16y7 and boost it at 8psi for a while. then do the internals, boost more and get a better trans!
