Default F20B Swap Problem: No spark

Tried to crank over my f20b swap and found that it had no spark. Engine is OBD2 but friend gave me an internal coil obd1 h22 dizzy so it was plug and play with my 93 civic harness. I know the plug wires and dizzy are good, we just tested them on my friends accord. Black and yellow wire had 12 volts with key on, yellow with green wire has 10 volts with key on. Dizzy has absolutely no spark, on any cylinder. Im lost, any help is appreciated

doesnt that dizzy have an external coil if so try checking that or make sure that one of the wires inside the dizzy or harness isnt grounding out anywhere...
how are you testing for the spark? the spark plug tester?
