Evap purge solenoid, GS-Rs have it off by itself, normally its integrated into 1 of the other 3 plugs at the passenger's side shock tower. the yellow/black wire goes to switched 12v power, the red goes to ECU pin A20.

*If* you're not planning on running the stock GS-R manifold you can simply plug the IAB connector into the purge solenoid and it will work (normally the purge solenoid wiring goes to the same pins the GS-R uses at the shock tower plugs for the IAB wiring) Other than that you will have to hardwire it in and move pin A20 to A17 and run a wire from A20 to the red wire you have dangling in your engine bay.
