Im getting 96 ITR suspension and there are a few studs messing from the front so i think im gona pick up some extended studs.

but i will be useing the stock ITR rims.

After market lugs are my only option, but because im useing stock wheels aftermarket lugs will not set on the rims correctly. Does any one know if there is an after market lug that will set properly with stock wheels?

again im not set on doing this but my friend has extended studs for cheap so i thought this would be a good time to put them sense the hub will alread be out and ready for swaping.

You could get some open-ended lugs from your local Advance/Pep Boys/Whatever. I know when I bought mine there they were conical.

Daiyamas, Buddy Club, or Skunk2....all are open-ended conicals...
