Experts: What's this green/white wire for?
Hi,
I have a austin mini which has been converted to use a JDM B16A engine. I didn't actually do the conversion and so i'm looking for a bit of advice. While trying to sort out a problem with the car idling i managed to find a loose cable. Its green and white and is coming out of the wiring loom that has the map/tps sensors ect - see the image. I can't see anywhere it should go. Any idea's ? http://postimage.org/image/2okwogjhg/http://s4.postimage.org/ny8izb04v/IMG_0105_2.jpg https://s4.postimage.org/gv1e0aem2/IMG_0104_1.jpg |

Sounds like an OG Mini Cooper. I've seen direct bolt in swaps for those, sounds like a fun car. Wire might be for IACV.

Trace it back to the plug on the harness and use a pinout to figure out what it is. There are multiple green wires
