That head gasket sealer you used probably gunked up the heater core. Haven't seen the last few videos yet but hopefully you have it disconnected from the motor while you're cleaning it so it's not pushing all the crap through the new motor. Might be best just to grab a used one and replace it.

Ok. Some Tech things:

1. Engine: D16Y8. Seems consistent to have come from a year 2000, due to distributor.

2. Oil: Havoline ProDS, 5W-30. (That's a departure. I usually do 0W-20. Any harm in 0W-20?)

3. Miles: UNKNOWN. I am counting Mile 1 as what is on the odo, after heat comes.

So far, it purrs like a kitten. And I got complemented on how smooth my Trans is. Since I exchanged some fluid. (Castrol Import. I don't like DW-1. Is there a better one?)

VTEC feels nice now..
