Expedition vs. Civic - My civic = totalled
I got T-boned on friday, by an Expedition who ran a stop sign.
Looks good from this angle
But on this side, umm yeah, it's fucked
**** Happens
Easily fixed though
Motor's already out
The other guy got the ticket, and none of my suspension or motor got damaged, but I'm sure gonna miss that car. It had character. And it was my baby for 3 years. The first car I ever worked on, my parents hated it, they offered me a 02 BMW 3-series if I agreed to get rid of it, but I refused. I loved that little EGG.
I bought a 4-door 95 civic, same color. It came with HID's, Mugen RNR's, Audio Console, Armrest, WW RS Kit, JDM Climate control... Suspension from the hatch goes in tommorrow, motor goes in next week.
I'm probably gonna sell the RNR's, and but a shell with the money, and slowly build the chassis the way I always wanted.
Gut it
Beadblast it
Seam weld the chassis
Weld in 8pt roll cage
Paint
Add a dash
One seat
Drop my motor back in (hopefully by then, it will be sleeved and have a ported head so around 230whp w/ the rest of my parts.)
And drop my suspension back.
1900lb 230whp 1.0G Hatchie, here I come!

Actually it was a man, but he was being distracted by a woman who was in the car with him. He hit me going about 5mph, and spun me over 15ft. His car had a tiny scratch, my car has a slightly bigger one.

Very sad to here. I hate it when I see hatches totaled because that one less someone else can someday make into something great.

Yeah, my car had been around for a while. First was superhonda.com, then came clubsi.com, then importspeed-south.com, then jdmcivic.com, then civichatchback.com, and honda-tech was just there the entire time..by far my favorite forum..

It's comfy!
Power Steering
Air Conditioning
Power Door Locks
Power Windows
I'm gonna put a ITR muffler on it, and a stock air-box, and tune it for mid and low-end torque, and drive it like that for a while. Then when the hatch is ready, back to 100 octane, 12.4:1 compression, and a aggressive tune, im gonna keep my 2.5" custom n1 exhaust and 3" AEM in the garage until then.

so sorry to hear about that **** man, **** SUVs! **** them all! anyone of you ******* who owns/drives one should be ashamed of yourselves. Anyone see the segment on 60 minutes the other night about them? You say that guy hit you going 5 mph? damn think about if he had hit you going 50, it would be us having your funeral instead of your cars. Stay safe.

Damn that sucks!! This just isn't the week for Harvard Blue hatches! I got hit by a UPS truck last Tuesday to. I remember a while back I was gonna paint my car Championship White until I saw your car and how sick it looked with the H. Blue. That's what made me decide to keep it the same. But I hope everything works out with your sedan!
