Stay 3" from the downpipe back, don't create a bottle neck. If its just axle back you have a lot of options as they won't be as expensive. Not sure on your personal sound preferences but definitely go 3".

IMO twin loop muffler of some sort.

Bolt on a Megan Racing M-OE. I had it paired with my boosted Y8 and it was very mellow with no drown or raspiness. People were surprised on how quiet it was.

My exhaust was a 5 bolt 2.25" down pipe-->2.25" crush bent piping-->OEM resonator-->Megan Racing M-OE muffler. No cat, I would never run a turbo set up with a cat.

If you're worried about noise, get a long magnaflow round muffler 20-24" and 6" round body. Vibrant also makes an ultra-quiet resonator that does a pretty good job at killing some drone.

i wouldnt worry so much about the loudness, the turbo will reduce a good amount of the sound
