Exhaust issue: 1994 JDM B18C SiR-G Into 1992 Civic Si
What are you guys doing to connect the catalytic converter (or any) to the collector flange. I'd prefer a bolt on solution rather than a hack.
My problem isn't that it's to short (cat and b pipe), the problem is that the flange's don't line up, bolt hole to bolt hole. Additionally, the spring bolts are too short.
I though about ordering a DC header for a 94-95 Integra GS-R.
Lets make this a good thread for future reference.

well, I ordered a random technology catalytic converter for a Integra GSR and had the exit side shortened 1 inch. The converter has spin flanges on both side so it only needs to be cut and reflared. You will need a 2.25 inside diameter exhaust flange donut gasket. It's nice to have spin flanges because you don't have to worry about the bolt hole not lining up.
