Default Exhaust Help ASAP, Thanks Fellas'

My buddy has a 99 ex coupe. OBD2 JDM GSR swap, straight pipe etc.. But he needs to use a catylitic converter to pass inspection. What kind of cat does he need?
Please i'm too drunk to search.

he needs an obd2 cat, basically a cat that has an O2 sensor bung in midstream or immediately after the cat, in addition to the one before the cat. what state is this? A magnaflow 93505 would work well. If thats too big then you could go with the smaller 94035 or the shorter 94105. But the bigger the cat the more it'll reduce emissions.

whatever you do dont get a highflow cat if you think you might not pass b/c they dont help nearly as much as an OE one... there are exceptions but they come with a price tag bigger than most are willing to pay.

yea this really helps people a lot!

anyway in answer too your question seen as your friend was smart enough to use a test pipe and not some choked out cat converter

he will need to goto the following website

http://www.performancepeddler....e=ALL

and get your self a direct fit one ok

just gotta promise me one thing don’t forget to un **** your engine after your stupid test!

and always remember school buses pollute NOT US!
