Default Exhaust Combos?

Hey guys, I plan on buying a 92-95 civic ex coupe and i was wondering what is the best exhaust setup for this car. I want it to give me pretty good horsepower numbers as well as give me a good somewhat deep tone. the setups that you guys are running will help me get some ideas on my build. Also would it be cheaper to make a custom setup or buy a complete setup from a company?

Define "good horsepower".

ur not goin to net any good hp with any bolt on's u would be better off to save ur money buy a turbo boost 6-10psi from ur stock lock. turbo never sounds raspy and sounds awesome.

^^this is pretty true.

otherwise 3in, straight through, a res, hiflow cat, and muffler. done. custom is always better.

i have 2.5 piping vibrant res, highflow, flexpipe, and streetpower stealth muffler. until i get that res installed though its super loud when you floor it. not too bad otherwise.

thermal i think it is already makes a 3 in exahust.

well me personally i would think 5-10 horses from a full exhaust setup is good horsepower on a d16z6 motor, please correct me if im wrong. and my plan is to turbo it,but i don't wanna do it on a stock block or internals, ill probably rebuild the engine first. but yeah im leaning towards a custom setup, and i was wondering what companies are good for making specific exhaust parts for custom setups.

Not happening. You won't see it. Definitely won't feel it. You would be lucky to get that with just the standard bolt-ons together.
