Exhaust ??????

Does any one make a reasonably quiet ehxuast? I'm trying to help my friend find an exhaust.In my searching, I haven't found a whole lot of choices does any one have any suggestions. Thanks for any help.

the apexi WS , DC twin canister and the 5Ziegan all claim to be quiet

But I heard some of those aren't too free flowing... not so sure though.
