i did my own exedy stage 1 clutch install... its not hard at all. The hardest part is seperating the tranny from the block, taking it off, and putting it back on. the rest is a breeze. BTW: Excellent Clutch Choice.

Here's a quick guide.

Remove anything that is attached to the tranny, axle included.

Unbolt the engine stiffners and the clutch cover plate from the bottom.

Take out the starter and remove the clutch slave cylinder.

Remove the ground straps and figure out what you're going to do with your shift linkage whether it be take it off the tranny or unbolt it from your car (forgot whether or not you have to do this).

Next remove the bolts evenly. Do not remove all the bolts and begin pulling one side of the tranny it won't come off this way. You have to pry each side and corner off evenly.

If you have a problem seperating, use a rubber hammer and hit the bell housing til it seperates.

Then take the old clutch off using a 16point socket while having another socket on the underdrive pulley to keep the clutch from rotating.

Put the new clutch on and do the same thing to keep the clutch from moving.

Grease up the little cup looking thing where the round thingy goes inside. No clue what this is called but this is on the inside of the tranny housing. Not sure why you have to great this up but I read it somewhere.

Put everything back and vwaaalaaaa! You're done. Hope this helps. I'm sure i left some stuff out but this was quick and i'm very bored here at work.
