Exedy or Act
Ok guys i have an 00 si and i need to replace the clutch i was gonna go with act HDSS, but the exedy organic stage one is 100 bucks cheaper, is the act worth the extra money? car is i/h/e eventually ill put skunk stage2 cams... is the act worth the extra money?
Also does it matter if i run an exedy clutch with act streetlite flywheel?

i would recommend the act i have one in my si i love reliable good clutch hits hard don't have the flywheel with it though but still like the set up go with the act man

act makes a great clutch. As does exedy...i've had both and i also like how you can get an exedy one for cheaper. But Exedy does know what they're doing when it comes to clutches. Check out their line they range from 250 to 2,250.00. I guess its all up to you and your wallet. But both are good

Thats what I have in my car. It's been good to me so far.

i've had an exedy organic for about a year. I love it. holds great and has a nice feel that won't be too harsh for everyday driving.
Be sure to break it in or you could end up buying a new cluch after 10-15K
Note: this goes for all clutches
i went for price. The organic should hold the power you're planning to add. The ceramic 3-puck will def hold it

i have both the exedy and the act ss
I personally like the exedy a thought it was a little more daily drivable and its a lil cheaper
