Icon2 Excessive smoke. Del Sol SOHC Issues!

1994 Honda Del Sol S - STOCK! D15B7

The car starts and runs fine but there is a huge cloud of smoke the hole time the car is on.

The head is completely rebuilt (checked for cracks, refinished, new cam seal, new valve stem seals), new head gasket. no oil in coolant and no coolant in oil. Not burning oil and not losing coolant.
Compression test - about 180psi all four cylinders

WHAT'S WRONG? HELP!

I havn't really been driving it cause the smoke is too much, but I took it out yesterday night and drove it about 60 miles. I checked to oil today and still super clean and at the same level. It has new valve stem seals. I'm thinking one of the oil rings might be seized up.

I was thinking about doing that. I just need to pick up a leak down tester.

I'll try to pick one up tomorrow and keep this thread updated.

Go BRUINS!

I've seen it happen when you rebuild the top end and not the bottom. Possibly worn rings, but weird that the compression looks good.

Yeah...it's bugging the hell out of me. I have a D16 block just sitting in the garage so I think i'm just going to throw that in and hope for the best. I think it's the rings too. We shall see.
Thanks for the advice everyone...I'll keep updating
