Default Excess heat???

Well on my way home the other day I heard a strang noise coming from the rear. So when I got home I went back there and grabed both of my wheels in the center and noticed one was warmer than the other. So I looked at the rotor on both sides and saw that one looked more worn than the other so I figured that the caliper was siezed. So I replaced the caliper and so I thought all was good.

Then on the way out after I fixed it I noticed the sound was still there and that the wheel was still warmer than all the others. Now I am wondering is it because the exhaust is one that side. (This is on a eg coupe and the exhaust runs on the passanger side in the rear. Also the concern is on that same side in the rear.) Or is there anything else that could cause excess heat like a wheel bearing gone bad or is the new caliper not workin right either?

Put it up on Jackstands. Does the other wheel move freely and the "hot" wheel does not?

No, but it could be a bearing or poor alignment.
