you're getting confused with the 99-00 Civic Si

D16Z6...
92-95 Civic Hatchback Si
92-95 Civic EX
93-95 Del Sol Si

B16's...
94-95 Del Sol VTEC - B16A3
96-97 Del Sol VTEC - B16A2
99-00 Civic Si - B16A2

remember these are USDM.

^^ word

I would not look at ebay for a motor. Its like getting a mystery box on there. I know people that have been screwed on ebay. http://www.hmotorsonline.com is a popular choice.

i'll be the first to say this also.

and by the way...

a Mini-Me consists of a D-series non-VTEC block and a D-series VTEC head.

examples...
[FAQ] D16Y7 / Y8 MINI-ME WRITE-UP.... WITH PICS (56k, maybe not)
FAQ: D15 SOHC VTEC Mini-Me : Massive Write-Up (56k Goodbye)

B-series heads/blocks are not interchangeable with D-series heads/blocks.
this also includes with transmissions. D-series and B-series trannies are not interchangeable.
