Default EX lugging below 2200rpm

below 2400 rpm the motor is lugging then it abruptly smooths out over 2400 rpm. It is worse going up a hill. I checked the clutch by disengaging it in 1st without accelerating and the clitch stops the engine. What else c ould cause this?

rear 02 sensor. mine did that till i realized my o2 shorted out...fixed that...BAM no lagging at all. The fuel filter may also affect this to some degree. If you replace both of those, i guarentee that youll see a diff.

i would get dealer. I mean i never trust autozone. if your going to go aftermarket, at least go to NAPA. But i replaced with dealer spec and it works 10x better. either way...gl
