Default Everyone answer for me...

Should I get exhaust right after i get ma car, or should put it on later on....
And also when i buy the car how do i know it's in good condition?
whatever the seller says, should i trust him?

and if i lower the car, is there a possibility of breaking the suspension?
just give me some tips what condition of car i should get, and what to do with ma car for under 1000 dollars. thanks...

I Civic

sounds like you need to research a little more on buying cars before you start modifying one. rule number 1 whatever the guy selling the car says is never 100% accurate. Test drive and make your own conclusions.

Don't ever fully trust everything the seller says.... Take it to a shop and make sure everything is 100 percent working....As far as exhaust goes... its up to you.

check car for rust and if its ever been hit up front. make the seller rev the car almost to redline and see if A LOT of smoke comes out.
