Every 3 or 4 months, misfire (p030x). Do I bother with it?

Every 3 or 4 months, misfire (p030x). Do I bother with it?
I did a search and found some decent troubleshooting advice, but I was curious if anyone else had a problem very similar to this and come up with a solution.
Every 3 or 4 months, I'll get a blinking CEL (although it doesn't FEEL like its misfiring) and then the CEL will stay on. If I reset it, it doesn't come back for another 3 or 4 months. Is there anything in particular I should be looking at for such an intermittent CEL? Also, it will sometimes mis or hesitate on initial acceleration, but this is also very intermittent (will happen maybe once or twice in a couple of weeks).
96 Civic LX, 205kmi
- headgasket, plugs, wires, rotor, cap, intake/exhaust manifold gasket, fuel filter all replaced approx one year ago, valves adjusted about 1 yr ago.
Any obvious "check this first" kind of ideas? I know there's plenty that I can check overall.

Well well well... CEL showed up. Freeze data is as follows:
Codes: p1300, p0301, p0303
Freeze data captured on: p0303
Load: 30.58%
Engine Temp: 188F
IAT: 66F
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Short: 0%
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Long: 2.34%
RPM: 1064
Speed: 24 MPH
If the light fires it pretty much always fires at the same point in my commute. This is about 20 minutes in, so engine is always at operating temp. I stop at a light, eventually turn right and go down a 25 MPH road for maybe 1/8mi. I'm always at low RPM, always a little on the throttle but not much. The manual also has some suggestions on what to check first, but I'm still generally curious if this screams "check this first!" to anyone based on the freeze data.
