I want to say they are different. I had a 1993 Del Sol with the original evaporator and I tried to use the lines off of a 1994. They acted like they wanted to fit, but I never could get them on correctly. I ended up providing a 1994 evaporator when I sold the car. Unfortunately, I don't have one handy to measure anymore.

I checked the part numbers, though. 1992 is 80215-SR3-A02 and 1995 is 80210-SR1-A12. Both are for Civic Si 3 door

I went ahead and got the part number for 1993 Del Sol Si, too - 80215-SR3-A02.
1994 Civic Ex 2 door came up as 80210-SR1-A12.

Based on part numbers and previous experience, I'm almost certain they changed the design of the evaporator when they switched to R134A.
