do all 96-98 civics (2dr/4dr) have the same fitments and screws for european and american models?? cause i saw some tail lights i wanted to get but he says that he doesnt know if they are for european models or american or even far eastern...and i dont even kno for sure if there are even different fitments cause i thougt a civic in euro would be the same as a civic in america..someone wanna help me figure out this??

Pretty sure it's all the same... If the fitment was different they'd have to change a lot more than the tails...should be the same I think. I'm pretty sure all 96-00 civics have the same taillights.
