Default ES polyurethane suspension bushing

I bought a short shifter that came with Energy Suspension short shifter polyurethane bushings. I noticed that there's only 1 sleeve that came with the polyurethane lateral stabilizer onto the end of shaft.
Here's the pic
see that black polyurethane bushing with the 2 holes? I only have 1 of those sleeves. Does the stock bushing even come with sleeve like that maybe I can re-use it. Does anyone here have a diagram of the rod linkage Helm's style? The pics off the archives are all red X
Here's another pic of where it actually is
It's at the end to the right

Reuse your stock ones. The stock bushing has two of those.
