Default Which ES mount inserts should I order?

I have a 93 CX....I'm swapping in a b16. For what car should I order mount inserts? Should I get them for a 00 si or for my car 92-95 civic?

That doesn't really help. Why would I get a cable tranny and also why would I need a conversion kit?

Should I just order the mounts for a 94-01 integra?

Are you just getting the lower and rear mount inserts? Or are you getting them for the upper mounts as well?

As far as suspension bushings go, I prefer Prothane over ES. With motor mount inserts however I would go with ES because they only sell you inserts for the torque positions. I get all my urethane from Suspension Restoration exclusively http://www.suspension.com/civic.htm . Talk with them on the phone, compare their prices, and you'll know why.
