error code 14 & 15...IAC & Ignition output.??
Why would I be getting IAC and ignition output errors?
have a 95 civic. w/b16a(jdm) with a USDM 95 GSR harness and P28 ecu that has been shipped...car starts and everything...but I am a high idle...around 1500rpms...motor is fully built etc.etc.etc...
