Icon2 Erratic RPM help

Today while jumping on the interstate i decided to play with my car a little i left it in third and was going to run it out. Well to my dismay my car started acting up it started hesitating before letting off the throttle i glanced down to see my rpm's run from 4-6k and back. I let off the the throttle and drove normally looked behind me to see if there was any smoke and smelt for the clutch. No smoke no smell of a roasting clutch the car drove fine no codes but for the last month i have noticed a weird hesitation that happens sometimes under normal load. Put the laptop on it to see if anything lights up red and my AF was sitting at .65 and under normal acceleration it would jump up normal and hesitate back on .65-.68 so im confused at whats going on. Any help would be great.

New wires, plugs look fine, cap and rotor look fine as well.

Could it be as simple as a vacuum leak? My 2000 EX was doing this until I realized that the guy who helped me do some engine work forgot to hook up a vac line.
