Erratic Idle after Skunk2 Manifold install in B16
I am having eratic idleing in my B16 after installing a Skunk2 intake manifold... any ideas of what it could be?
All wires are hooked up to the right sensors. Intake manifold gasket was changed. IACV was working on previous motor. I believe the TPS was installed correctly.

also with the Skunk2 TB you have to by pass the FITV since there is not one on the Skunk2 TB.. could that be the problem?

well make sure that the TPS and MAP connectors arent switched around. Is there a check engine light?
You may not have cleaned off all the gasket material from your old intake manifold gasket. This happens as small peices are hard to see and then you're fu#$ed. dont ask me how i know lol.
Make sure all the vacuum hoses are correct. How did you bypass the FITV??
To bypass this, you should take a hose from the smaller coolant line that's right by the VTEC solenoid and run it all the way to the IACV.
Make sure you have the coolant hoses on the right way.
Here's an image. lol i drew the line wrong, though. Where the coolant hose connects to the head, I drew it going to a sensor plug. So look just left of the sensor plug to see the coolant line im talking about. It does go to the right port on the IACV though.

No it wont. They're both 5 volt sensors. It will just be very confusing to the computer as the "MAP" voltage goes up as you hit the throttle while the "TPS" voltage stays the same. Very very confusing. Poor ECU.
