erearbest clutch for d series
I just bought a 99 civic ex and the tires were bald. Well I thought since the tires had no grip it was them slipping and not the clutch. Well I just put new wheels and tires on it and now that I have grip the clutch is slipping. I am planning on getting like a 6 puck ACT clutch. Well right now the car is bone stock but I plan on putting on some bolt ons here very soon. And in the near future (a year or so) I plan on boosting it. Any info on clutches and what to get would be appreciated.

get like a stage 2 clutch, either form exedy or ACT. pro street online has a exedy or act stage 2 clutch, and a lightened flywheel for 570 or so.. which isnt bad.. I dont know much about the flywheel, but I havent heard anything bad about them. Its a good idea to change your flywheel when you change your clutch so you might wanna check that out...

Re: erearbest clutch for d series (slickciv)
Get the ACT xtss clutch, you don't need the 6 puck. I have been beating my ACT xtss for a year and it still grips like new. I have been running about 215whp/180wtq and I have taken it to the track a few times with slicks and I street race a lot as well. I am running a stock flywheel.
