engine year question
hey i have a 97 EK which is an obd2 car but i am plannin on putting an obd1 motor in it. is it a lot more work to change my car to obd1?

Not only that but it is extremely illegal in California. So, I suggest you just stick with OBD2 or sell your car and get an OBD1 car.
I've done an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion on a car and it is SUCH a pain in the ass. |

I heard it's not that hard but it's all about knowledge with it you can do anything.

All you need is an OBD I motor and an OBD II to OBD I harness along with an OBD I ECU. Not as hard as one may think, knowledge on wiring required some adaptors aren't complete check a turbo forum as many of OBDII cars running turbo's much switch to OBD I setup to run aftermarket fuel setups.
