Engine Swap Help!?!

Engine Swap Help!?!
Plan on putting OB1 with GSR tranny in my 92-95 HB, having trouble finding just the motor down here in Southerin Cali, so if i were to buy a Imported one what would i have to do to the engine to pass smog?!?!?

your question makes no sense. Southern California re-known for the HONDA scene and not to mention it is the easiest place to find motors and parts for whatever project you anticipate on doing do to all the jdm focusing Honda shops and warehouses.

Actually YOUR reply makes no sense seeing as how there are very particular rules that people in Cali have to follow to keep their swapped Honda LEGAL for driving and registration on public roads.
My advice would be look through the archives and stickied FAQ topics and find others who have BAR'd JDM swaps in the past. I'm sure it might be possible, but there are some hoops to jump through.

yea i have no problem finding motors from japan down here about 15 places in San Diego, damn smog BS is the problem..thanks for the info....
