using your stock ecu should start, just wont run right. so if it doesnt start then its something else. check to see if its getting spark, fuel, compression, timing, check your grounds and wires. gl

Last time I checked the right ECU is a P2T

I'm kinda confused on this:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by sweetEK &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">lol ur stock ecu is the problem. change over to a p28 and your all good </TD></TR></TABLE>

</TD></TR></TABLE>

and this:

The P28 ECU is for a D16Z6, NOT a B16. The correct ECU for an OBD-IIb B16 is a P2T ECU, for an OBD-I B16, it's a P30, and a PR3 (I think) for OBD-0

I'm trying to figure out where the hell you all got P28 from?

P28 = OBD-I '92-'95 EX/Si (D16Z6)

Maybe I'm mis-reading or something, I don't know.

EDIT:
@ OP:
A D16 ECU won't run a B16 properly, what year is ur B16?
