You have a lot of reading and research to do. J-series would probably be it.

You need ALOT of research.

I have seen builds where people install a Corvette motor. Probably one of the biggest you can put in there. Just answering your question literally.

You need to determine what you want to do with the car (auto cross, drag, DD) and how much money you have to spend on it before doing anything. Do you have a power goal in mind?

I heard swapping in a d16z6 in your car is about the nastiest swap you can do to your car. Check it out!

^^^HAHAHAHA!!!!

J-Swap if you are staying within the honda family...after that it comes down to what you can afford, how big you want to go, and what will actually fit.

Would love to see a clean J-series swap that clears the hood with good ground clearance!

ok well my civic is my daily driver, so i guess that narrows it down a whole lot. its gotta be street legal or at least seem street legal haha. im making a show car, daily driver, i wanna stay in the honda family, but if i come across some d**k head in a srt4 on the highway, i still wana kick his ***. that possible guys? or am i just an idiot with too much imagination? the car already has the look i want but now i need the power. also, i kno i have a d-series but how do i kno which one specifically? like d16 for example

J swap would be the **** as long as you have $5-$7k to invest! If not stick with the b series stuff, hella cheaper!
