Engine Setup?
Hey Guys,
I got a 95 Civic hatch with a turboed d15b7. I have about 10,000 to spend on a brand new engine. I really want something fast.
I was looking at exospeed.com. They seem to have good products. I was looking at either the k24 turbo setup or the b18 turbo setup? What do you guys think would be better? Is there anyone on the forums that has an insane engine ready to be dropped in. For example I know the k24 you have to buy new mounts etc, I was hoping maybe somone was already selling a sick setup ready to be dropped into a hatch.
Heres the k24: http://www.exospeed.com/category.php?id=380
Heres the b18: http://www.exospeed.com/category.php?id=370
Let me know

Re: Engine Setup? (modifiedhatch2k6)
I'm sorry that you don't know since this is your first post, but for expletive's sake, about 9 million people ask this question. Do some research in the Forced Induction Forum first before you rush anything, especially about dropping 10 Gs into your car.
I'd go with the h22, mildly built and boosted. Either that or a b18c1 + boost.
A K-series engine is awesome, but it will take up most of that 10 grand to get installed properly/working good.
