Is engine salvageable
I have a d15 sitting in my driveway has a blown head gasket oil in the head and water in the head is the engine salvagable or just sell off it what i can

what's the milage on it? If it's running fine and got okay milage on it someone might pick up the short block for a mini me.

its got 122,000 and it has a blown headgasket all I want to know is if the block is salvageable because if so im going to build the bottom end and build up the head and drop it in a shell

If the head gasket is the only thing wrong with it, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be repairable (and most likely pretty easily too).

yeah easy if that's all but if the head is warped bad you're fucked.even if you mill the head it could still be messed up. well unless you're a jedi
