Re: Engine Password??? (EgRedSi)
I don't want to give them a bad rap or anything because I don't know every detail of the story. But back a year or 2 ago my friend had a swap done and the guys that did it for him said they bought the engine from Password. Well everything went smooth but when they went to test drive it it knocked, loud. They tried to return it but the people at password wouldn't take it back. The guys were very well known here on H-T and they threatened to give them a bad name, so the took the engine back and gave them the money back.
Again, I don't want to give them a bad name or anything, I don't know ever little detail. I have heard lots of positive stories about purchases from them, but nothing about engines.
Bump for some first hand experience

I hate to say it, but both things I have received from them were screwed up. I got an EG6 wing that looked like a transmission was shipped on iot, and some ITR rims that were rashed, and I had specifically ordered them with tires, they said they had a set with Blizzaks so I was stoked because it was winter. They got here, and had four different tires, the one Blizzack had a huge hole in it, and the others were all different sizes, this is AFTER he told me they were a good set. They gave me a whole hundered bucks back.

I am stationed in Germany, so no, shipping is a pain from here. I'm sure that if I were statesside they probably would have. Thing is, they are real nice, but the problem is I guess Leo is the one you talk to (don't know if he is still there) but guys in the back pull the order, so if there is a problem, that's why, at least that's what he told me.

My friend went through 3 transmissions from there within 800 miles of driving. finally he just requested a refund. and he bought one from Gear speed and finally got to break in his Stage 1 Exedy clutch

Re: (JDMlyfestyle)
I've gotten parts fromt them with no problem, body components. I am considering a motor swap but I'm not hearing good things.
Is there another place to get an 98+ ITR motor?
