Default Engine not firing... Need suggestions

I just swapped a b16a2 in my 95 cx... When we went to start it up, it would just crank over, and not start. We checked to see if i am getting any spark, and i am not. I am getting power to the distributor, but its not sending spark through the wires... Any suggestions?
