Default Engine hesitation

I have a recently acquired 95 civic hatchback vx. I have no CELs and the engine starts ok.

However, when driving (cruising) at about half throttle the engine studders quite noticeably. At WOT the car doesn't experience this. I just changed the spark plugs/wires, and used some fuel injector cleaner.

Does anyone have an idea of what this could be?

FYI: 149k miles on the engine as well and it is a 5 speed manual.

Any help is appreciated as I do not wish to take this to Honda.

Check the inside of your distributor for anything unusual: dust, water, etc...
