I have a 2000 Civic EX D16y8 and the following mods are DC sports 4-2-1 header, N1 Exhaust, V2 intake and am looking for an intake and cam setup

i have my eye on the BLOX intake and crower stage 2 cam

I'm on a tight budget and was wondering what kind of power gains i would see with those. or if anyone knows of anything better (around the same price range)

you probably arent going to see as much in terms of power as you would putting a small home made turbo kit. I peiced my first kit together for around 700 bucks. i still had a cat and stock ex exhaust piping. with a 97 eclipse gst stock turbo (garrett t-25) i made 115 ftlbs of torque at just a hair over 2500 rpm. for a street driven car it's kind of fun.peak horsepower was about 170 to the wheels at 9psi. on a completely stock d16y8 with uberdata.

i dont know much about turbos but is 9psi on stock internals safe?

yep, anything up to 10 is safe as long as youve got a good tune.
