Just to be advisable, read on how to use the search. There are millions of threads on this topic and swapping in a B series into 92-95 Civic's, and even 96-00 Civics.
You can use your stock mounts, but will need a 99-00 Si reare tranny bracket.
As for the wiring, mainly depends on what year/obd the engine is. If you get a 2nd Gen B16A swap, then you can use your factory harness, wire up Knock Sensor to D3, and you're done -- using the P30 ECU.
If you are attempting to swap in a 1st Gen B16A, I would steer away from it as it's OBD0 and you'll need to convert several things like the plugs and such to OBD1.
As for the B16A2 OBD2 motor, I would recommend you use a 96-00 Integra GSR harness, it'll be mainly all plug and play, you will just need to wire up VTEC (if your coupe is a DX), and knock sensor.
