Engine coolant issus civic 1998
Hi all,
my problem is; i have to fill my radiator with the coolant every two days or three days also the expansion tank is completely empty. the temperature gauge is always in middle never get hot, i didn't find any coolant leak. I've changed my rad cap by a newest one from toyota and still the same issu, the cap of the expansion tank i don't know why but i think it doesn't close like it has.
And my radiator have some mark that it was sealed with a paste at the bottom .
- When i change my oil there isn't any mark of water it's clean.
- There's no coolant leak in the interior of the civic
What do you think about that guys ?
Thanks

Buy the correct cap for the radiator and then pressure test the cooling system for leaks.
