Default engine codes!!!!

I'm having some problems with my 93 hatch and was wondering if someone might have the awnser to my question,so here it is.I had my oil changed and the shop that did it left the oil filter loose so when I started my car it came off,and now when I start it for the firt time of the day it makes a funny clicking noise like there is a piece of metal floating around in the head, and it idles very rough like I only have 3 cylinders.this only happens when its cold then it stops,it throws codes 22-vtec pressure valve, and 43-fuel supply system if any has any info on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.tx
